Whether you are training for a specific event, want to burn fat and get stronger or just want a refresh of your current gym programme we are have a training option to suit you. 
First we get you in for a free 30 minute no commitment consultation to discuss your goals, training experience and exercise preferences. You can also ask us any questions you might have and have a look around our gym and equipment.
Then we come up with a training plan together. This could be studio based, in the outdoors or in your home. It's all 100% tailored to you.
We will then design and customise your personal training session(s) accordingly. There are no cookie cutter programmes at ParkFitNZ as we do not believe in a one size fits all approach.
